How It Works
1. Select Your Package: Choose the 3-question, 6-question, or 12-question testing package. 
2. Start Your Payment Plan: Make your first scheduled payment through our secure payment system. 
3. Continue Your Scheduled Payments: Your remaining payments are made according to the selected payment schedule. 

4 Pay your Balance in Full: Once the complete testing fee has been paid, you can proceed with scheduling your appointment.
 
5. Schedule Your Test: After  your testing fee is paid in full, contact us to arrange your appointment. 
Important Information: A Flexible Payment Plan does not reserve or hold an appointment date.
Appointments are scheduled only after the full testing fee has been paid. Your selected package is locked when your first payment is received(up to 4 months), subject to the terms of your payment plan. 
Payment plans must be completed within  the applicable payment-plan period. If the plan is not completed within that period, additional terms may apply. All payments are applied toward the selected testing package.
